Nicola Carrino, Ricostruttivo, progetto per MACRO, 2010
The hall of the museum is transformed into a large sculpture that can be crossed, thanks to the space scanning proposed by Nicola Carrino: the artist has specifically created this work for the heart of the museum to welcome the visitor.
“Ricostruttivo” is the name of Carrino’s work: the artist chose to "rebuild" the space with a series of large parallelepipeds that mark and punctuate it, according to an ideal grid that offers an alternative route to the visitor.
